B2B Website Design for Seattle Commercial Seafood Company

OBI Seafoods is a leading producer of fresh, frozen and canned wild Alaska seafood, operating 10 processing plants in all major seafood producing areas of the state. The company headquarters are in Seattle with an additional office in Tokyo.

The company was formed in 2020 through a merger with Ocean Beauty Seafoods and Icicle Seafoods, two of the oldest and most successful seafood companies in Alaska.

Project Objectives

For this B2B company’s website redesign, we had the following goals:

Speak to the heritage of OBI Seafoods

Create a unique and custom design

Showcase products, blogs, and locations effectively

Our design team enjoyed getting to work on developing a unique, custom website for OBI Seafoods. That included creating a timeline graphic that could speak to the company’s history in a visually appealing manner. Our graphic design team also developed custom icons for seasonality and harvest times. There’s even an interactive map on the locations page to showcase OBI Seafoods’ presence in Alaska.
