Our members at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee are now more connected than ever. In recent research with our members, we learned that our members want proactive, personalized healthcare using their channel of choice. By communicating with members through their preferred channels and curating personalized messages, we can deliver convenience and a better member experience. Through our Sanitas Medical Center awareness campaign, we marketed our members through their channels of choice such as print, email and text. This personalized campaign saw an increase in performance which resulted in an increase in Sanitas Medical Center visits and awareness.
