The “Loves” video from StandOut® powered by ADP®, introduces viewers to Check-Ins – a software feature that ensures weekly touch bases between employees and managers to drive alignment, engagement and performance. This video needed to help viewers understand that the work they love doing is worth noticing and sharing with their manager, to maximize their potential to do their best work. It also needed to capture user attention in an engaging, friendly way to drive use of an important feature.
The “Loves” video accomplishes these objectives by introducing the counterintuitive connections between love and work, to immediately hook the viewer. The narrative gets not just to the “what” of Check-Ins, but the “why” – because that’s what fundamentally matters to humans. The video conveys that by noticing and sharing the moments when employees are happiest at work with their team leaders, they can create more of those moments. The result? Happier, more productive teams.
