Recruiting the best and brightest can be a challenge in today’s job market, and the Michigan State Police wanted to create an experience that not only highlights the “how” of the application process but also the “why.”

In a field as exciting, dynamic, professional, and service-oriented as law enforcement, the Michigan State Police wanted a web presence that amplified the stories of current officers while highlighting the different ways to contribute to the force. This was an extensive and collaborative project that allows visitors to apply directly on the site and brings together the best in experience design, security, architecture, mobile development, web design, and accessibility.
