Holiday Gift Exchange was born during a moment where traditional business relationships were challenged. COVID 19 created a void for businesses of all sizes and resources, rendering them unable to reward customers in person or host holiday gatherings. Our Fortune 100/500 clients were looking to bridge the gap wedged by the global pandemic with unique virtual experiences that felt as intimate and genuine as their traditional in person activations. MRN met this call with a first of its kind, first to market Holiday Gift Exchange virtual program where we brought to life the same excitement of a traditional white elephant game in a modern setting. We created a custom user experience via an interactive platform that was fully brandable and customizable to generate brand affinity between vendor and customer. Complex logic and intuitive design allowed users to choose, steal, and ultimately award themselves the prize of their choice, virtually, while the design and pace of the Holiday Gift Exchange. HGE programs were executed over 150 times and 3,750+ custom branded kits were sent to eager customers across the nation.
