“Legendary”, the L7 Creative website experience, driven by the art of storytelling

Ever since the Greeks created the parable form, which applies comparisons, illustrations and analogies to art of storytelling, it’s been an effective way to convey ideas and connect on a visceral level. At L7 Creative we believe that the medium is the message and website design can be an effective medium for storytellers. After all, we’re compelled by emotions that reach parts of our being in ways that nothing else can - it’s why great films, songs and books continue to move us.

L7 Creative lives by the promise that “Legendary Brands are Made Here” so drawing on our agency tagline as inspiration seemed only natural. Taking “Legendary” as the concept and using the parable form as the mode, we designed the new L7 Creative site to draw an analogous connection to extraordinary human achievement. Custom illustrations and copy brought to life with interactive components and responsive user experience, the site makes a connection to accomplishing extraordinary brands.

The concept was created jointly by our creative department and technology team, true to our Digital Brand Engagement creative process and called for custom coding from front to back-end - skillfully accomplished by our talented Dev Team.

The design was directed by our Art Director, handcrafted illustrations were performed by our Senior Visual Designer and copy was written by our Creative Director - all crafted in-house to spotlight four legendary achievements anchored by an elegant UX Design that moves users to discover more. Design, copy and coding were accomplished over the course of six months - major QA was done by our Technical Project Manager and her team over a span of 4-weeks. As the marketing professional navigates from the Home to Work, Services and About sections, the site makes comparisons to human greatness and reminds them of the greatness they also can achieve in their brand. The technical elements of parallax and CSS transitions combined with creative elements of animation, illustrations and copy delivers an overall immersive user experience.
