ASU Enterprise Partners Careers Site Launch

We launched a newly designed top to bottom careers experience for any of our subsidiaries. ASU Enterprise Partners is the fundraising nonprofit arm of Arizona State University. We are always looking for the most talented individuals ready to put their hearts into fundraising for research and other causes that empower future generations. This project involved project managers, writers, web designers, graphic designers, and web developers to complete. Unique features of this new site include a very mobile first and responsive design that adapts well to smaller screens and mobile devices. Also, the lazy loading of the user interface allows for a quick load where the entire page does not have to load initially to be interacted with. We also integrated an API feed fetch onto the site which pulls down available positions that human resources manages through Workday. When they make changes there, they are apparent on our careers website via a JavaScript call that enables this. Applicants can then click on a job to be sent to the appropriate location to apply for the job. We made this site a more storytelling type of interaction as well as knowing that some are not into reading about the company or the employees they can go straight forward to the open positions and we make that user experience available right from the top of the page for them. A lot of time was taken to interview employees and get their feedback which we used on this page.
