In a span of 1 year, Lifestyle generated a revenue of 1 Mn USD and 33.5 Mn search impressions, creating a stronger digital presence than ever before. This was done through integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driven through automated location based search optimization. Prior to our initiative, Lifestyle was struggling to manage their web presence across platforms for all their stores spread across the country. To ensure that potential customers received accurate and relevant information across channels in terms of availability of specific products/stock available at stores was extremely critical for lifestyle. We created a solution for them to display their live inventory and implemented a live talk messenger for real-time updates for each and every store PAN India. This was done with the help of store level microsites (each of which was e-commerce ready at a store level) to target customers in buying mode near lifestyle stores. Lifestyle was able to leverage on these factors and improve their discoverability, and provide accurate and real time information to customers for a seamless purchase journey.
The main objective of this campaign was to provide potential customers a view of the live inventory of the nearest lifestyle stores even before they visited the store – right in the palm of their hands. To make the process even more simpler for customers, we even provided them with an option for express delivery from their nearest lifestyle store. Customers could view in-store promotions digitally and order their chosen products through express delivery – all from the comfort of their homes. This was done through a simple API integration. The brand uploaded their live inventory feed to the Google Merchant Centre through an API. These were integrated with the GMB listings and from there, flew to the microsites for customers to view all products available in the store nearest to their location.
Based on this initiative, Lifestyle was able to generate the following results:
