In last 22 years, ValueLabs has grown from a 3-member company to a global company with 150+ clients, and 5500+ employees across 15+ countries. While re-imagining website, ValueLabs wanted to re-position as a leading global technology company and wanted to ensure the experience is simpler and more relevant for the users while articulating its values, offerings and opportunities. The goals were:
• For employees and clients - to ensure a feeling of pride while associated with the brand.
• For prospective clients – to impart clarity of propositions and the trust to partner for business.
• For job seekers - to remove the frustration in the journey of applying, by appropriate search, tracking and guiding principles to make it easy and human-friendly.
There was an in-depth design process that was followed to re-design the identity for ValueLabs which was aimed to be fresh, bold and highly approachable. The website is unique as each element is scrupulously worked upon. From de-cluttering and making it relevant to a representation that is viscerally positive. The entire exercise had a strong research background including numerous interviews, workshops, and mapping to create elements. It started with creating a logo which was the essence of branding followed by an effective form, function, behaviour, and content to get to the website. To ensure that the change is welcomed, the organisation was sensitized to each element over a period of 21 days culminating with an immersive exhibition on the day of the launch.
The impacts of redesigned website were:
• page views: + 57%
• total new users: +71%
• average time spent: +24% (1.47 seconds)
• organic leads: +95% (year on year)
• bounce rate: -20%
