Richcraft's The Charlotte is a novel and unique addition to Ottawa's Sandy Hill.
To highlight Richcraft's handcrafted and unique approach, we created a series of videos and a touchscreen application that showcases The Charlotte as a true work of art.
A unique touchscreen experience was created based on the artistry behind the community branding. The 3D Touchscreen application was created as a real-time sales tool designed to aid users to find their ideal home and visualize their future lifestyle at The Charlotte with just a few taps, all while maintaining the unique essence and artistic flare of the project. Users have the ability to slide from day to night, zooming in and out as well as toggling between cameras. A star floor plan locator allows users to find their desired unit floorplan within seconds.
Our system helped reduce sales times for our sales associates while helping them have a central source of information that is always up to date.
