Pokemon GO launched it's first community day in January 2019 which has turned into Pokemon's most successful event in 2018. Pokemon asked us to execute a campaign for the rest of the summer (June - September) and also December by preparing 3-5 different creative ideas to highlight and promote the fun and social experience that you will benefit from community day.
Their objectives were:
a) Retention: Focus on converting the casuals to become core users.
b) Acquisition: Focus on growing the casual user base.
Target audience:
12-35 are the key age group to target.
