Fritz Schur Consumer Products is the local Danish distributor of several well-known barbecue brands. And while these brands are doing fine in the traditional retail channels, Fritz Schur Consumer Products wanted to strengthen their position in the increasingly important e-tail market. Their online store was therefore redesigned and renamed “Grillmestrene” – Danish for “The Barbecue Masters” and transformed into an entertaining, inspirational content universe for both aspiring and experienced barbecue enthusiasts – with tips, tricks and exiting recipes. 32 small food programs were produced in which former Danish barbecue-champion – the meat-lover Thomas – was challenged by Karoline, a young former winner of Masterchef, who – with her many beautiful veggie dishes – made barbecuing more appealing to women. The great synergy between two very different people added a lot to the entertainment value. The programs were aired on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube to drive traffic to the site.
