Behavior implemented a tailored UX strategy and design approach to revamp the website, product presentations, email campaigns, and other components of their digital eco-systems for Federated Investors. The goal was to create a clear vision for a new client-centric experience focused on recognizing and appealing to varying audiences and personalizing user pathways within a contemporary responsive design. The subsequent experiences (needs-based, goals-based, topical research) were shaped for investment professionals, institutional investors, research analysts, regulators and Federated's own sales team – with the credo of improving audience awareness, retention, and sales and customer support. At the highest level, Behavior worked to better position Federated’s brand messaging by promoting valuable financial offerings and thought leadership. Our collaboration emphasized a review of all content for new, "presentation-ready" strategies, data visualization and information optimization, robust new taxonomies, and cross-promotion on many levels. Notable features include topical content collections, responsive information design, information graphics, flexible design templates for varying campaigns and strict WCAG 2.0 Compliance.
