To allow our customers to manage their personal retirement and life insurance using a single platform, we developed AvivaSA Mobile. The AvivaSA Mobile app was developed with a customer experience-oriented design. Our aim is to promote the app to users and increase the number of downloads as well as highlight its easy-to-use and diverse features. Managing personal retirement and insurance can seem difficult and complicated to many users. We applied the saying “Smart Move” by combining this with the “Life Hack” concept to underscore our app’s quick and practical way to manage these processes. We created our entire communication strategy and campaign based on this idea. Applying the “Smart Move” saying to our film, we matched three people’s daily life hacks with the actions they can carry out with the app. We expressed the message “Just like in our daily lives, there’s also a smart move to better our tomorrows,” with examples. By expressing “Smart Move” as today’s steps for tomorrow, we connected with our brand’s motto: “Tomorrow is better than now.” The film was viewed 3,535,498 times in total. The number of active users of AvivaSA Mobile was 133,000 in the last month. The total number of downloads of the app surpassed our aim, reaching 340,000 in less than a year.
